(GRS489003004) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the conversion of an equal number of non-listed preferred shares. On December 07, 2018, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 102,847,472 new (CR) shares at the new par value of €0.30 (from €0.70) per share.
