CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 60,000 common bearer bonds of the company "TERNA ENERGY FINANCE S.A." start trading on the Fixed Income Securities Trading Segment of the Regulated Market of ATHEX, following the issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan, non-convertible to shares (issue date: 21/07/2017), 5-years duration, par value and issue price €1,000.00 per bond, fixed annual interest rate of 3.85% and ISIN code GRC8131177B5.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A." (GRS395363005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of € 0.84 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of € 0.25997 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.   

a) The 2,235,600 (CR) shares of the company "AEOLIAN INVESTMENT FUND S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, in replacement of the 11,178,000 old (CR) shares of the company, b) following the share capital increase and decrease, through increase in share par value from €5.60 to €10.00 and decrease in share par value from €10.00 to €3.60, the final share par value of the same company amounts to € 3.60. On July 24, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 2,235,600 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS179003017, new par value of €3.60 per share - after the increase and decrease of the share capital -  and with adjusted start share price of € 3.60.

REMOVAL FROM TRADING SYSTEMS

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 792/20.07.2017, the shares of the company "IONIAN HOTEL ENTERPRISES" (GRS127003002), are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 792/20.07.2017, the shares of the company "F.H.L. I. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A." (GRS309003002), are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "EKTER S.A." (GRS222213001) are traded on the Athens Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2016, amounting to €0.04 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.034 per share).

The shares of the company "KORDELLOS CH. BROS S.A." (GRS384003000) are traded on the Athens Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2016, amounting to €0.010 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.0085 per share).

The shares of the company "KARELIA TOBACCO COMPANY S.A." (GRS120131008) are traded on the Athens Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2016, amounting to €9.20 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €7.82 per share).
