• On January 22, 2020, Mr. Dimitrios Karastogiannis, Corporate Affairs Director, acquired 3,000 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.35 euro and with total amount of 25,050.00 euro
• On January 22, 2020, Mr. Alexandros Kokkidis, Treasury and Investor Relations Director acquired 460 at an average price of 8.40 euro and with total amount of 3,864.00 euro.
• On January 23, 2020, Mr. Dimitrios Karastogiannis, Corporate Affairs Director, acquired 2,654 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.33 euro and with total amount of 22,113.36 euro.
