CORPORATE ACTIONS

According to the Decision of the Listings and Market Operation Committee of ATHEX on May 13, 2021, and following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook:

• the shares of the company "THE HOUSE OF AGRICULTURE SPIROY S.A." (GRS284183001) will be trading on the Surveillance Category.
• the shares of the company "P.G. NIKAS S.A." (GRS111003026) will be trading on the Main Market of ATHEX.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOTISION OF FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES

Following the transfer of the trading of the shares of the company «THE HOUSE OF AGRICULTURE SPIROU S.A.» to ATHEX Surveillance Category, the shares of the company will be removed from the composition of FTSE/ATHEX Food & Beverage Index without immediate replacement.
