CORPORATE EVENTS

Following the share capital increase and decrease of the company "INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL R.E.I.C." (GRS516003001), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €2.40 per share and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €1.98 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

The (CR) and (PR) shares of the company "INTERWOOD-XYLEMPORIA A.T.E.N.E." (GRS131003006 - CR, GRS131004004 - PR) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of: a) 0.33144193334387 new (CR) share for every 1 old (CR) share held, at an issue price of €0.27 per share, b) 0.33144462677008 new (PR) share for every 1 old (PR) share held, at an issue price of €0.27 per share. The rights' trading period is set from April 5, 2024, to April 15, 2024 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from April 5, 2024, to April 18, 2024 (included).

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the (CR) and (PR) share prices, only for the trading session on April 2, 2024, are set as follows: a) regarding the (CR) share: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (28/03/2024): €0.3290 and -30% at the adjusted start share price: €0.3140, and b) regarding the (PR) share: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (28/03/2024): €0.3600 and -30% at the adjusted start share price: €0.3380.
