GEK TERNA informs the Investors that today the following notification was received from the shareholder REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V:

“Reggeborgh Invest announces that after a successful and profitable investment presence in GEK TERNA SA. has agreed to proceed with divestment by the company.

Reggeborgh Invest will proceed with the relevant, detailed updates as soon as the procedures for the gradual reduction of its participation percentage in GEK TERNA SA, which currently amounts to 28,181%, are completed.

Reggeborgh Invest will maintain and strengthen its other investments in Greece because it deeply believes in the future of the Greek economy and the country.
