Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A. (“ThPA S.A.”), pursuant to article 4.1.3.1 par. 12 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation relevant to tax audit issues, informs the investing public that the decision number 287/2021 of the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal was issued, supporting the claims of ThPA S.A. The court decision reverses the negative outcome of the tax audit pertaining to seven (7) financial years, from 2005 to 2011.

The results of this tax audit were announced to ThPA S.A. in September 2016; taxes and surcharges totaling EURO 2,75mil. were charged. This amount was paid in one installment and simultaneously all relevant court actions and appeals were exercised by ThPA S.A., against the outcome of the tax audit.

With this positive Decision, the total amount to be refunded amounts to EURO 2,69mil., excluding interest charges from 30/3/2017.
