CORPORATE EVENTS

a. the 6,000,000 new (CR) shares of the company "GEK TERNA HOLDING, REAL ESTATE, CONSTRUCTION S.A" (GRS145003000) are admitted to trading on the Athens Stock Exchange following the recent share capital increase by waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights, b. the trading of the 6,000,000 own (CR) shares of the company ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX, and c. the name of the company on ATHEX changes to "GEK TERNA S.A.", with new distinctive title "GEK TERNA". On March 11, 2024, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 103,423,291 (CR) shares.
