With nearly 20 years of operation, ATHEXCLEAR is a 100% subsidiary of Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. and provides clearing services for a range of products traded on the Athens Stock Exchange and operates as a Central Counterparty under Regulation (EU) 648/2012 (EMIR). Additionally, as a system operator, it conducts finalization, settlement, or clearing activities for transactions in financial instruments in Greece and abroad as a System administrator in accordance with the provisions of article 72 of Law 3606/2007 (Government Gazette A/195/17.8.2007), as it applies).
