Issuers Service Desk

Issuers Service Desk is an online platform enabling Issuers to communicate with ATHEXGROUP, for the electronic submission and processing of requests/questions.

To create/add a new user select the Issuers Service Desk User Creation Application (Available only in Greek).
 

To change the details of an existing user, select the Request to change user details Issuers Service Desk (Available only in Greek).

 Issuers can submit their application (available only in Greek):
 

• Through the Issuers Service Desk, by selecting "Issuers Service Desk User" and then "Creation of New Issuers Service Desk User" or "Update/Change of User Data in Issuers Service Desk"
   

• Via email to iss@athexgroup.gr, with a digital signature or certification of the authenticity of the signature through the service "Digital certification of a document - Gov.gr (www.gov.gr)"
   

• Via postal or courier services (physically signed and updated by Citizens' Service Centre) to:
