The service of Initial Recording of a company’s non-listed securities with Euronext Securities Athens is addressed to Greek Sociétés Anonymes Companies ("Issuers") wishing to register their securities, shares or bonds, in a Central Securities Depository, in accordance with article 12 of Law 4569/2018.

Basic Conditions for Receiving the Service

• Statutory provision for the possibility of recording of securities with a Central Securities Depository (CSD)
• Freely transferable and fully paid securities 
• Fulfilling the obligation to publish annual financial statements 
• Receipt for cancellation by the Company of all the securities of the beneficiaries, where applicable 
• Safekeeping of non-listed securities of eligible Shareholders/Bondholders in an individual Securities Account, omnibus Securities Account or Joint Investor Securities Account in the DSS system through an Euronext Securities Athens Participant

• Be informed in detail about the application procedure for the Initial Recording of your company on ATHEXCSD and the detailed fees 
• Submit the application and the requested documents to receive the relevant ATHEXCSD services 
• Be informed about the status of the processing of the application and the required actions per stage   
• Pay online Euronext's Securities Athens charges for receiving the services after the application is accepted 
• Receive support from Euronext Securities Athens at all stages until completion of the initial registration of your company’s securities
