ActivityThe Company has as exclusive object the management of mutual funds approved pursuant to the provisions of Law 3283/2004, in force each time, and furthermore the undertaking of O.S.E.K.A. management in the meaning of the directive 85/611/EEC, in force and other organisations of collective investments pursuant to the provisions of the above law, in force each time. In addition, the Company may provide the following services: - The management of investments portfolio, including those belonging to pension funds on the basis of mandates provided by the customers on a distinctive base and for each one customer separately if these portfolio contain one or more from the financial means enumerated in paragraph 1a of article 2 of L. 2396/1996 in force and, - The ancillary services: o Investment consulting for one or more of the financial means mentioned in paragraph 1a of article 2 of L. 2396/1996 in force presently and o The safekeeping and management of shares of collective investments organizations.
