1^st Repetitive General Meeting: Modification of the Articles of Association

20 November 2013  - Hellenic Exchanges informs investors, in accordance with §2 art. 19 of Law 3556/2007 and ahead of the 1^st Repetitive General Meeting of shareholders, which will take place on Friday November 22^nd 2013 at 18:00, in Athens, at the headquarters of the company (110 Athinon Ave., ‘HERMES' hall), that it intends to modify articles 1 (Corporate and trade name) and 2 (Purpose) of its Articles of Association.

The draft modifications of articles 1 and 2 of the Articles of Association are included in the explanatory document on the items of the daily agenda which is available in electronic form on the website of the Company (www.helex.gr), and Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr).
