The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that the 2004 Annual Report, that has been submitted to the Athens Exchange and the Capital Market Commission according to article 16, paragraph 4 of the 5/204/14.11.2000 decision of the Capital Market Commission, is at the disposal of any investor at the Company's head offices on the 23rd km. of the Athens - Lamia National Road, Agios Stefanos Attica. Moreover the Annual Report can be downloaded from the Company's website, www.dutyfreeshops.gr.

It is noted that the Annual Report will be also available at the Company's Annual General Assembly which will take place on May 27, 2005 at 12.00 at the Company's head offices.
