The consolidated turnover of CRETE PLASTICS S.A. amounted to EUR 68 million in the third quarter of 2005 compared to EUR 59 million in the corresponding period last year, up by some 15.6%.

In the same period, consolidated pre-tax profits reached EUR 9.8 million versus 7 million in the third quarter of 2004 (+40%).

Both the parent company, which had an increase of its turnover and profits by 10% and 22%, respectively and foreign subsidiaries' results contributed to the improvement of the financial results of the company.

The company will publish its financial statements for the third quarter of 2005 in the last week of November 2005.
