Astir Palace Vouliagmeni S.A. announces highlights of its 2006 full year results as follows:
Total revenues of Euro 25.9 mil, an increase of 16.1% year on year, against Euro 22.3 mil for 2005.
EBITDA of Euro 1.6 mil, an improvement of 33.3% year on year, against Euro 1.2 mil in 2005 (figures are not inclusive of reorganization costs related to voluntary retirement scheme and international management tender).
The increase in total revenues was assisted by a 13% increase in the average room rate from 2005 rates. This rate increase contributed to the average revenue per available room increase of 16.9% year on year. The complex''''s occupancy rates increased, during 2006, by one percentage point.
