2012 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

SIDENOR S.A., pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investment community and in accordance to Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces the following Program of Intended Corporate Actions:  

Wednesday March 28, 2012 (after the end of trade session): Announcement and Press Release of the Fiscal Year 2011 Financial Results.

Thursday March 29, 2012: Publication of Fiscal Year 2011 Financial Statements (parent and consolidated) and briefing of analysts (conference call) regarding the financial results of the company.

Wednesday May 16, 2012: Annual briefing of Analysts regarding the Annual 2011 Financial results of the company.

Thursday June 14, 2012: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2011.
