2012 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

CORINTH PIPEWORKS S.A., pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investors and in accordance to the Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announced today the Financial Calendar of 2012 for Intended Corporate Actions: 

Tuesday March 27, 2012 (after the end of trade session): Announcement and Press Release of the Fiscal Year 2011 Financial Results.

Wednesday March 28, 2012: Publication of Audited Full Year 2011 Financial Statements (company and consolidated).

Wednesday May 16, 2012: Annual briefing of Analysts and Institutional Investors – “Association of Greek Institutional Investors” regarding the Annual 2011 Financial results.

Thursday June 14, 2012: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2011.
