Α. COMPANY: TURNOVER 176,81m. (INCREASE 9,0%) AND PROFITS AFTER TAXES 3,59 m. (INCREASE 2,6%)

Sales of 9 months 2005 reached 176,81 million , from 162,22 million in 2004, achieving an increase of 9,0% (parent company).

Earnings before taxes, interests, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) reached 8,27 million from 8,40 million in 2004 decreasing by 1,61%

Earnings before taxes (EBT) reached 5,53 million from 5,52 million in 2004 increasing by 0,27%.

Earnings after taxes (EAT) reached 3,59 million from 3,50 million in 2004 increasing by 2,60%.

B. CONSOLIDATED FIGURES: TURNOVER 176,56 m. (INCREASE 8,8%) AND EARNINGS AFTER TAXES 3,40 m. (DECREASE 2,9%)

A notable increase of 8,8% was achieved (176,56 m. in 2005 versus 162,22 m. in 2004) in consolidated figures as well.

Earnings Before Taxes (EBT) reached 5,28 m. , versus 5,52 m. in 2004, decreasing by 4,26%.

Earnings after taxes (EAT) reached 3,40 m. , versus 3,50 m. in 2004, decreasing by 2,91%.

The difference between the consolidated figures and those of the parent company is attributed to the cost of founding the company in Bulgaria.

C. YEAR'S END FORECAST
Based on the continuing aggressive policy of the company, a decrease of the year's earnings after taxes is expected because of the notable decrease of gross margin during the fourth quarter of 2005 versus the respective period of the previous year.
Via a new aggressive mechanism, the company is now ready to establish its exceptional business model in the international competitive environment as well.
