The company announces that it has notified the Athens Exchange that on 06.09.2002 the Ministry of Development approved the merger by acquisition of the listed company NESTOS S.A. (acquired company) by the also listed company THEMELIODOMH S.A. (acquiring company). As a result, the shares of the acquired company ceased trading, as of 09.09.2002.

The President of the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange, in order to secure the smooth operation of the market and equal treatment of the shareholders of the acquiring and acquired companies, decided, in accordance with the provisions of the article 11 of the PD 350/1985, the temporary suspension of the trading of the shares of the company THEMELIODOMH S.A. until they are deposited in the accounts of the eligible shareholders and the trading of the new shares of the acquiring company that resulted from the merger, starts.

The Prospectus that was drawn up regarding the merger was approved by the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange on 29.08.2002.

It is noted that the date on which the investors accounts of the company that resulted from the merger by acquisition of the company NESTOS S.A. (acquired company) by the company THEMELIODOMH S.A. (acquiring company) will be credited with the new shares, as well as the date on which they will start trading on the Athens Exchange, will be communicated by a new company announcement through the press.
