MARFIN Investment Group (MIG) announces that "Marfin Capital S.A." 100% subsidiary of the Group completed the acquisition of 9.011.073 shares, which represents 27,87% of the share capital of maternity hospital Mitera, at a price of euro 66,1 million.
As a reminder, MIG holds 26,6% of the shares of Hospital Hygeia S.A. which has already a stake of 24,83% of Mitera S.A.
