Further to its announcement dated 26-04-2005 and the pertinent approval of the Hellenic Competition Committee, HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that a definite agreement with THE NUANCE GROUP AG was signed yesterday and the acquisition of the entirety of the shares of THE NUANCE GROUP (HELLAS) S.A. was completed, for the price of euros 1,172,000. It should be reminded that the company acquired is operating four retail outlets selling clothing and accessories in the Athens International Airport.
