MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A announces that, following the relevant decision of the Annual Ordinary General Shareholders` Meeting of May 31st, 2005, it intends to acquire own shares up to 0.25% of the total issued and outstanding shares of the Company, that is 277,000 shares, with a minimum price euros 7.00 per share, maximum price euros 17.00 per share and validity from June 14th, 2005 to August 31st, 2005.
