Athens 27 May, 2003. M.J.Maillis Group is announcing the acquisition, through M.J.Maillis S.A. in Greece, of the remaining 40% of Columbia S.r.l. in Italy from the previous shareholders achieving today 100% ownership of the company.

Columbia S.r.l. is located in Milan and is one of the 4 most important producers of packaging tools globally.

The previous shareholders of Columbia, with whom Maillis Group always had excellent relationship and cooperation, will continue to work for Columbia until the end of 2005.
