In the context of providing correct, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with articles 4.1.2  & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, the Company “THRACE PLASTICS Co. S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces additional information for 2014 Financial Calendar according to the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders that took place on December 29, 2014. The EGM among others decided the distribution of a part of the tax free reserves that had been formed according to L 2238/1994 and in accordance with the article 72 of L 4172/2013. More specifically:  

Tuesday, January 20, 2015: Ex-capital Distribution Date
Wednesday,January 21, 2015: Record Date for the Capital Distribution
Tuesday, January 27, 2015: Capital Distribution Payment Date through a financial institution.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, given that it promptly informs investors by amending the present calendar, in accordance with those specifically defined by the Athens Exchange Regulation
