PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A. informs the investing public that, based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholders'' Meeting on the 11th of July 2006, signed an agreement with the National Bank of Greece for the issuance of a 12 year common bond loan, amounting 6.747.295,00 euro. The aforementioned common bond loan will finance the construction of the company''s new logistics centre in Magoula, Attica.
