ELMEC SPORT S.A. signed an agreement with the manufacturer Dockers Europe B.V. to import and distribute in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus the apparel bearing the trademark DOCKERS. Under this agreement, Elmec Sport shall be the exclusive distributor for these countries of the Dockers apparel collections. Both its wholesale network as well as its existing and forthcoming retail stores will be utilised in distributing these products.
