Agreement with OPAP SA

INTRALOT announces that it has reached a 3-year agreement with OPAP S.A. with a starting date July 31, 2007. In the context of this agreement, INTRALOT will proceed to the upgrade of the IT systems of OPAP S.A., the telecommunication equipment as well as the LOTOS software platform for the development of new generation games and new value added services applications like bill payments, ticket sales, promotional services, etc. At the same time, INTRALOT will provide OPAP S.A. with 29.400 terminals and specifically 9.800 agency terminals, 9.800 self service terminals and 9.800 ticker checker terminals. Moreover, INTRALOT will undertake the training and the transfer of know-how to OPAP S.A. for the joint development of software for new games based on INTRALOT's LOTOS platform, as well as the undertaking of the operation of the central processing systems by OPAP's S.A. personnel. In addition, within the context of the agreement, INTRALOT and its subsidiary Betting Company will undertake the expansion of the "Pame Stihima" betting game so as to offer new options to the players as well as the provision of support services concerning the operation of the game. The contract value for the provision of equipment, the transfer of know-how and the provision of support services for the betting game during the three year duration of the agreement, as above is Euro 96.5 mil. In addition, the agreement includes the terms and the cost for the provision of maintenance services, technical support and operation for the entire IT infrastructure (OPAP will have a right to extend the provision of the services for one additional year beyond the 3 years), while the two parties have option rights for the acquisition of the infrastructure and the rights to the software of the games by OPAP S.A.
