Further to its announcement of the 17th of October, Info-Quest wishes to announce that an agreement was signed on October 28, 2005, for the sale of Q-Telecom to APAX and TPG, the private equity funds who control the majority of shares of TIM Hellas. The sale of Q-Telecom will be completed following the granting of all necessary approvals and licenses from the appropriate authorities.
