HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that its subsidiary HELLENIC DISTRIBUTIONS S.A. has entered into agreements with "PHILIP MORRIS WORLD TRADE" and "PAPASTRATOS AVES", commencing on July 1, 2005, in connection with the distribution and promotion in Greece of duty free cigarettes traded by the above companies to ship chandlers, military forces and diplomatic shops and all types of vessels.
