Aiming at the full service of its customers and the expansion of its activities through the exploitation of new technologies and products, ALTEC S.A. proceeded to the signing of a cooperation agreement with Symbol Technologies, Inc (NYSE:SBL), a pioneer in the Wireless and Portable Computing Systems sector.

Within the framework of this agreement, ALTEC has the right to promote and resell all products of Symbol to the Greek market, as well as to develop solutions that are based on these products.

ALTEC has already appointed a team of specialized technicians, having a long-lasting experience in the Wireless and Portable Computing Systems sector, having as a goal the direct undertaking of projects and the supply of Development & Support services.

Symbol supports portable systems solutions, which offer the possibility of managing data and wireless communications in every place and are designed in order to contribute for the productivity increase, cost reduction and the attainment of a competitive advantage.

The wide range of Symbol's products, consists of Mobile Computers, Bar Code Scanners, Wireless Networking and Mobile Printers.

The solutions and products of Symbol are addressed to large industries and retail businesses, transport and logistics companies, as well as to large public organizations and hospitals.
