Within the framework of SIDENOR Group's strategy for further strengthening its vertical integration, SIDENOR S.A. informs the investment community that its subsidiary by 90% AEIFOROS S.A. acquired 70% stake of THERMOLITH S.A., active in the field of mining and processing of industrial minerals and the production of refractories.

THERMOLITH S.A. facilities are located at Polygyros, Chalkidiki and Skoumtsa, Grevena and include a basic refractory masses production plant and an olivine mineral dressing plant respectively.

Sales of THERMOLITH, apart from the Greek market, are addressed to the broader Balkan region, Italy and Central Europe.
