ANEK LINES S.A. establishes new ocean-going company for the management of ships carrying goods between Piraeus Port, Limassol port and Haifa Port in Cyprus & Israel.

The company ANEK LINES S.A. announced today that its BoD, during its session on 2.08.2005, decided the establishment of an ocean-going company with its core business the management of cargo ships, that will connect Piraeus port with the ports of Limassol (Cyprus) and Haifa (Israel) and vice-versa. ANEK's participation will amount to euro 29,166.00, i.e. 70% of the capital of the company to be founded.
