AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 17^th of June 2011, shareholder, and Deputy General Manager of Autohellas SA, Dimitrios N. Magioros (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), sold 17,138 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of €130,248.80.
