MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. (MIG) hereby announces that upon a relevant resolution of its corporate organs MIG paid today in advance of the share capital increase of ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. (ATTICA) the amount of 7,000,000.20 EUR, which corresponds to 23,333,334 new shares of ATTICA, pursuant to current legislation. The above mentioned amount corresponds to part of the existing direct and indirect shareholding of MIG in ATTICA. In all other aspects, MIG hereby refers to its announcement dated 14.11.2011.
