A decision concerning the increase of the share capital of the company titled OLP CAR PARKING S.A. was taken in its Shareholders Extraordinary General Assembly, which took place on March 15, 2006. The Company GEK S.A. will participate in the afore-mentioned capital increase by undertaking 4.596 new shares at its nominal value of 27 Euro. Following the completion of the above capital increase procedures, GEK Group will totally possess a 30 % of the Share Capital of the company OLP CAR PARKING S.A. and in particular the company GEK S.A. will possess 13,68% and the company TERNA S.A. will possess 16,32%.
