In addition to the information included in the published "Data & Information of the year ended 31.12.2005" and to the "Data and Information of the period from January 1, 2006 to March 31, 2006" Info-Quest advises the investment public the following:
1. On 30 December 2005, the Company concluded the transfer of its telecommunications segment to its 100% subsidiary Q-Telecommunications S.A. in accordance with the law Ν. 2166/1993.
The effect of the above event to the sales and the profits after taxes of the company as it is stated on paragraph 36 of the Annual Financial Statements under I.F.R.S. for the year ended 31.12.2005 has as follows.
Sales: Total Company euro 435.285 th. Telecom Segment euro 157.429 th. Percentage 36%.
Profits after taxes: Total Company euro 13.199 th Telecom Segment euro 10.988 th. Percentage 83%.
2. The sale of Q-Telecommunications S.A. which concluded on January 31, 2006 has the following effect to the profits after taxes and the Total Equity of the company for the three month period ended March 31, 2006:
Profits after taxes: Total Company euro 238.291 th. Sale of Q- Telecommunications euro 237.932 th. Percentage 99,85%.
Total Equity: Total Company euro 259.961 th Sale of Q- Telecommunications euro 237.932 th. Percentage 91,53%.
