The Company announces that, regarding the stock option plan for its administration members and employees, approved by the Annual General Meeting of the Company''s Shareholders, dated June 18, 2002, the pertinent rights, corresponding to the first year of the relevant plan, have not been exercised. As a result of the above, the Company will not proceed to the issue of new shares.
