In the session of the Board of Directors of November 14, 2006, the Vice President of the Board Mr. Stavros P. Psycharis announced that the President of the Board Mr. Christos D. Lambrakis donated to Lambrakis Foundation the amount of 1,850,000 euros stemming from the sale of Lambrakis Press shares corresponding to approximately 1% of the Company''s share capital to third parties through the Athens Stock Exchange on October 13, 2006.
