According to Law 3556/2007, the circular of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission number 33/03.07.2007 (par. 2.2) and the regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, Athens Medical Center SA (hereby “the Company”), following written announcement received on 08.10.2013 by Mr. George V. Apostolopoulos and the company «GA Holdings SA», which is a legal entity related to Mr. George V. Apostolopoulos (hereby “the Proposing party” and together with Mr. George V. Apostolopoulos hereby the “Announcing parties”), is informing the investor community that further to an acquisition of 109.520 stocks of the Company on 07.10.2013, the percentage of voting rights owned directly and indirectly by the Announcing parties has changed by approximately 3.106% of the total voting rights of the Company. The total voting rights owned by the Announcing parties is now 38.029% (approximately) compared to 34.923% of the total voting rights owned on 12.08.2013.
