Aiming to the better information of investors accordingly to the additional data and information of the 30th September 2006, which have been publicised and submitted to the Hellenic Capital Markets Committee, we explain the following about notes 7 and 8:
7. The total sales of the parent company to its related parties (subsidiaries), cumulatively in the current year, amount to Euro 6.063 thousands. The remaining receivables of the parent company from its related parties (subsidiaries) at the end of the current period amount to Euro 3.674 thousands. There are no purchases of goods and services, and no liabilities of the parent company to its related parties (subsidiaries). In addition, concerning the Group, there are no purchases and sales of goods and services, and no assets and liabilities from and to associated companies and other related parties.
8. For the period ended 30 September 2006, the total salaries and benefits of the key management of the Group was Euro 795 thousands, while the equivalent for the period ended 30 September 2005 was Euro 698 thousands. In addition there are no remaining receivables and payables from and to the key management of the Group as at 30 September 2006 and at 30 September 2005 equivalently.
