EGNATIA BANK SA announces that during the 26th period (1-4 October 2006) provided for the exercise of the right of conversion of bonds of the subordinated Convertible Bond issue there have been applications for conversion of 24.680 bonds convertible into common shares and 280 bonds convertible into preferred shares. Upon completion of the conversion process of the above applications the remaining convertible bonds will amount to 273.480 bonds convertible into common shares and 76.380 bonds convertible into preferred shares.
