Announcement of Regulated Information according to Law 3556/2007: Transactions notification

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" according to Law Ν.3340/2005 (article 13) and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 (article 6) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, on 06/03/2014 the Managing Director of Attica Bank's subsidiary, Attica Ventures, Mr. Ioannis Papadopoulos sold 202,796 common shares of Attica Bank S.A., of a total net value of  €37,360.56
