ALUMIL-ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. administration informs the investing public the Company's intention to proceed with an investment in Serbia in order to significantly increase the Group's production capacity in the region.

The investment plan is currently at an advanced planning stage. The investment amount has not been accurately determined yet, nevertheless the estimated amount of investment is approximately € 10 mil., and includes the expansion of the existing plant with a new logistics center, and the installation of a new press.

relatively to the Group's operation in the Russian market, where ALUMIL is already present through one of its subsidiaries, inquiry discussions are held with local entrepreneurs for the installation of  a powder coating plant in the Moscow region, in the form of a consortium (joint-venture).
