Following today''s previous announcement of IASO SA related to the "in principle agreement" for the collaboration with doctors who were collaborating with Leto S.A. for the purchase of shares in Leto Holdings S.A. it is presently clarified that the number of doctors who will enter the relative agreements and the percentage of Leto Holdings SA shares which IASO SA is going to acquire haven''t been finalized yet. Nevertheless the percentage of shares that is expected to be acquired will be a minority.
The negotiations for the conclusion of the relative agreements are expected to exceed 15 to 20 days
