A. In accordance to PD 51/92 we inform the investor community that on Wednesday the 18th of October, Mr George Apostolopoulos President of the Board of Directors and shareholder of our Company executed a transaction on the Company s shares. In particular prior to the transaction, Mr. George Apostolopoulos had 9.089.901 shares of Athens Medical Center out of a total number of shares of 83.985.980 shares. His percentage on the Athens Medical Center SA share capital was 10,82%, whereas his voting rights percentage, including the voting rights of G. Apostolopoulos Holdings SA, a company controlled by him, was 59,20%. After the sale of 7.000.000 Athens Medical Center SA shares Mr. George Apostolopoulos has 2.089.901 shares and his participation in the share capital is 2,49%, whereas the percentage of voting rights controlled by him now stands at 50,87%.
B. In accordance to PD 51/92 we inform the investor community that on Wednesday the 18th of October ASKLEPIOS INTERNATIONAL GMBH executed a transaction on the Company s shares. In particular prior to the transaction, ASKLEPIOS INTERNATIONAL GMBH had no shares and no voting rights of our Company. After the purchase of 7.000.000 Athens Medical Center SA shares ASKLEPIOS INTERNATIONAL GMBH now has 7.000.000 shares, over a total of 83.985.980 number of shares, and an 8,33% participation in Athens Medical Center SA share capital and voting rights.
