According to article 282 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, LAMDA DEVELOPMENT SA notifies that Consolidated Lamda Holdings SA shareholder of the Company, sold 1.790.000 shares that held and as a result the percentage of the total voting rights decreased to 59,149% from 63,215%, with a respective change of the percentage of the total shares of the Company.
