The Boards of Directors of the Bank of Attica S.A. and Attikis Leasing S.A., decided on December 18th and December 12th 2006 respectively, that Attikis Leasing will be merged with the Bank of Attica S.A. according to the provisions of laws 2190/1920, 2166/1993 and 2515/1997 (art. 16). The Boards of Directors decided that the financial figures of Attikis Leasing S.A. will be included in the balance sheet of the Bank as of 31.12.2006. The Boards have also appointed a certified auditor for the certification of accounting values and the persons that will produce the draft merger agreement.
