On December 19th 2006, it filed a LAWSUIT before the Public Prosecutor of Athens against Mr. Dimitrios Zissis, son of Efstratios, President and legal representative of the companies KENTFORD LIMITED & KENTFORD SRL , for the following offences:
Attempt at blackmail in the degree of felony, attempt at fraud in the degree of felony, false pretenses, slanderous libel of Societe Anonyme & false denunciation.
Moreover, Cardico reserves its right to claim for compensations before the Civil Courts.
