APPOINTMENT OF HEAD OF THE INTERNAL AUDIT DEPARTMENT

Attica Bank S.A. announces that meeting on 11.10.2013 the Bank's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Dimitrios Bikas Director of the Internal Audit Department of the Bank. Mr. Bikas replaces Mr. George Mamalougas due to the termination of service of the latter.
